From the convenience of your own space, our online group Pilates classes offer you a unique opportunity to work on your health and fitness goals, in an online social setting, while listening to Nat's energetic, curated playlists. We offer two live classes every week. These classes are dynamic, challenging and tailored to all fitness levels and abilities.
All you need is an internet connection, a device for logging in and a mat. Weights and resistance bands can be added for extra burn. All classes are recorded for playback.
