Service Description
Part consultation, part exercise session, in this 1:1 we'll review your current exercise prescription, discuss barriers/ successes, update any health information, perform exercise and exercise testing (if appropriate), and plan the next stage of your program. Only for return exercise physiology patients.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will attract a 50% consult fee.
