1:1 initial consultation exploring your current health, medical history, family history, previous exercise history/ successes, motivators/ barriers, goals; ongoing health education, physical assessment and individualised exercise prescription targeting your goals, pathology, abilities and deficits. Book this consult if you have been diagnosed with a medical condition, if you struggle for motivation, or if you are unsure if it is safe to commence exercise.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will attract a 50% consult fee.
