About the program

Summer is upon us! While we start to wind down our work year's and we spend more time with our family and friends, we tend to lose our structure. We've taken the thinking out of your Summer exercise programming with a 28- day movement plan so that no matter where you end up, you'll have no excuses not to move. 🏀 28- day plan of structured exercise ⚽️ 4 x 7 daily movement challenges 🎾 4 x 45- minute strength Pilates class recording 🏐 4 x 45- minute cardio & core Pilates class recording 🎱 Expert tips and education about exercise and motivation 🏈 Free access to online support if required This program is for you if you: ☀️ Have at least a beginner level of understanding of exercise/ movement ☀️ Are looking to maintain your activity levels over your Summer period ☀️ You have no underlying health concerns which stop you from participating in exercise ☀️ You usually participate in regular exercise but you are away on holidays and don't have access or your usual gym/ studio is closed for the break
