About the program

We've created this on demand express workout category to fit a number of purposes: 1. To build your own workouts. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ“ You've got 45 - minutes and you want to do a bit of cardio, a bit of balance training and have a stretch, so rather than locking into our 45- minute cardio class, you have the option to choose a little from column A, B, & C! This is designed to empower you and individualise your workout a little more than you can when you join a group fitness class. 2. For while you're travelling. ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ›ซ๐Ÿž We all know how difficult it can be to find the time and space for our usual exercise routine when we travel, especially when sharing the trip with others. These express workouts are perfect to set up in a hotel room, or in a corner of the hotel gym floor- heck I'd even try them on a plane! Take us to a park, take us to the beach, or out on the terrace! Absorb the view and enjoy the exhilaration of movement while you're traveling. 3. To keep you motivated! ๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿš€ It's the end of a long work day and you're dreaming of getting home, eating dinner and hitting the couch, instead of going out for a walk or hitting the gym. Maybe a 45-60 minute class or session feels overwhelming. Well, this is for YOU! Short workouts, small bursts of energy. I guarantee you'll start out planning to do one and end up completing 2-3 express workouts!
