An online group Pilates class targeting your muscle mass and bone density. With energetic playlists to keep you motivated and education sprinkled throughout the session to help you understand more about your anatomy and physiology, participating in this session weekly will help to reduce your risk of injury, increase your daily function and reduce your risk of declined bone health, falls and fractures. Book in today, bring your Yoga mat and join us from ANYWHERE. Weights and bands can be added for extra loading. Timetable may change for public holidays.
